We’re kicking off with a huge thank you: the 3rd edition of HomeExchange Days has just ended, and it’s once again been a wonderful success for the community. Also April comes with new technical updates on the platform (including one that many have been waiting for for a very long time…).

Smarter location filters
You’ve told us time and time again—finding the perfect home by the water, or right by the slopes can really matter. So to make things easier, we’re launching Phase 1 of a project to improve our “environment tags.”
Until now, these tags were self-declared. From now on, we’re using precise geographic data to automatically enhance three key categories: Seaside, Mountain, and Lake.
The result? Much more relevant results when you use these filters in your searches!

Search by tourist sites & points of interest! (Web only, app coming soon)
You can now search by typing the name of a tourist attraction like British Museum or Empire State Building instead of just searching by city.
We hope this makes searching even easier and helps you uncover great places near the sites you’re interested in!

The long-awaited Resolution Center is now live! The Resolution Center is your one-stop hub for all support requests, making it easier and faster to get help when you need it. Here’s what you need to know!
Unexpected things can happen during an exchange. The Resolution Center is a dedicated space, accessible from your exchange, where you can report a problem, share information, and get help from our team if needed. Everything is centralized in one place so more complex situations can be handled smoothly.
