We conducted our first internal survey on diversity & inclusion 🚀
This survey was conducted among 130 HomeExchange employees, in collaboration with Mixity, an external organization that guarantees the anonymity and confidentiality of responses.

What exactly is a diversity and inclusion survey? A diversity & inclusion (D&I) survey enables organizations to measure and understand the diversity of their employees, and their perception of inclusion within the organization. It generally combines quantitative and qualitative questions and helps identify strengths and areas for improvement in terms of D&I.

👉 The results
➡️ We obtained an overall D&I score of: 71/100, which is slightly above the overall average* (70/100), but slightly below the average for companies in the sector already committed to these issues (72/100). (*companies which used the tool).

✅ 74% of respondents were very satisfied or somewhat satisfied with the DEI policy implemented by HomeExchange (compared to an average of 71% in companies that have used the Mixity tool).
⚠️ 38% of women reported that gender stereotypes are very often, often, or sometimes the subject of jokes or discriminatory remarks, even without malicious intent (and 3 verbatim quotes from employees on this subject)
⚠️ Only 45% of respondents feel they have received sufficient training on visible and/or invisible disabilities.
