What is an impact report?

It is a document that presents a company's actions to generate a positive impact. These reports are often long and complex.

At HomeExchange, we have opted for a simpler approach:

• 3 essential pieces of information, presented concisely, for each of our 4 CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) pillars.
• The results and lessons learned from each action, as well as our ambitions for 2025.
• Doing something now (even if it’s not perfect), is better than doing nothing at all: this first report is a starting point in a process of transparency, which will evolve and improve over the years. </aside>

2024 was a pivotal year for HomeExchange, marked by the strengthening of our CSR approach and the implementation of concrete actions to reduce our carbon footprint, raise awareness within our community, and make travel more responsible and inclusive.

As a company, we have a responsibility to limit our environmental footprint and encourage our teams to adopt more responsible practices. In 2024, we strengthened our measurement tools, raised awareness among our employees about climate issues, and integrated concrete actions into our daily operations.
